The PCB board is coated with an insulating and moisture-resistant layer, making it suitable for use in humid environments and preventing short-circuit faults. The brightness deviation of LEDs within the same batch is ≤1.5%, ensuring even brightness across the screen without localized bright or dim spots, maintaining stable display performance.
